100 Days Fitness Challenge:

It’s a new year, so we setting new goals, new ideas, and hopefully new improvements.

I have never been much of the “New Year’s Resolution” type, but I am a firm believer in intention setting and goal getting. I made a decision to start the year focused on my health and well being. If it serves my mental, spiritual, emotional and physical well being… that’s where you’ll find me.

To keep it simple, I’m gonna do more of the good things and less of the not-so-good ones for a 100 days. Why 100? A wise friend once told me that 100 days was a great way to really commit and build a lasting habit.

For an insight into how I am taking care of my self check out my healthy morning routine:

Care to join? Just commit 100 days to your health and well being ( glow up guaranteed).

So what does my 100 days of wellness look like? Firstly, I am definitely not trying to reinvent the wheel. If it works, I’m gonna keep doing it, if it doesn’t I am gonna stop doing it, oh and of course if it aint broke, I have no plans to  fix it.

Also, here’s a quick  tip in case you decide to join: don’t busy yourself trying out a whole new entire way of being. Change works best when it suits who you are. Choose 1-3 things that will cultivate a well- er ( is that a word?) you and give it 100 days.

That’s why really I am settled on starting out with these 3

  1. Journaling everyday,

  2. Committing yoga everyday or at least ( almost everyday)

  3. Cardio exercise of some sort daily (except Sunday)

To sum it all up: this year we are taking care of ourselves by committing 100 whole days to health and wellness. Not to worry, we doing it together; it’s simple: commit to 3 simple things you either want to add to your daily wellness practice and give it 100 days! Don’t forget to subscribe so you don’t miss a thing in this 100 days glow up.
