Okay, time to get vulnerable:
I’ve been feeling super tense of late with all the crazy of COVID- 19. I am taking my time but have needed to really pump up the good stuff and focus on engaging in activities that activate joy in my life.
To keep my mind, body and spirit in perfect balance, I’ve been getting regular exercise, drinking lots of green juice and MEDITATING.
Meditation has literally kept me going in this period.
