A Centering Yoga Flow To Alleviate Stress & Anxiety

I’m back this week with another wellness video to help you get through quarantine! How are y’all holding up? I’m getting through IT by drinking lots of green juice, meditating, and doing as much movement as I can indoors. Did yall know I’m a certified yoga teacher? Your girl has her 200 hours certification DOWN!

Today I’ll be taking you through a centering yoga flow! I’ve put it together just for you so you can practice as you take time to reset and re-flow during quarantine, lockdown or self-isolation.

The sequence is formulated specifically to relieve stress and anxiety, which I know we are in need of right now! No need to have previous yoga experience this flows for everyone! I’m wearing leggings from the dope African inspired active & leisurewear brand @mana_athleisure!
