I finally got over my nerves and posted my first guided meditation off the mat!
A lot of people find meditation intimidating. Probably because, the images of meditation are not encouraging for regular people like us. The image of the super flexible super grounded yogi, is not very inclusive, thus giving meditation a bit of an obnoxious image.
Meditation can be very helpful to aid in building more focus and calm and it doesn’t always have to be a silent exercise. Anything, that renders you in a meditative state counts as a meditation.
