2019 Coco Coalition Black & Beautiful Women's Brunch Accra

“All the mimosas and all the #blackgirlmagic were present”

Picture a room full of beautiful black women and a space for healing, conversation and networking over a delicious brunch @cococoalitions Black and Beautiful Brunch Accra edition was a phenomenal experience.

I facilitated the first-ever Accra edition of Coco Coalition Black & Beautiful Women's Brunch hosted by Tiffany Wright, co-founder, Coco Coalition Organization, an organization based in the US, with the mission to, combat emotional , mental and social health by creating experiences for women of the African Diaspora and mobilize a generation of empowered black girls. I held the discussion on self-care, where we all got to dig deep within ourselves to understand what we really need as individuals. It was an honour to affirm and equip all the beautiful women present with practical self-care strategies that actually produce fruit.

Thank you to @cococoalition and @tiffinspires for this life-changing experience! Yall know Ghana isn’t an easy place to live in and this brunch created a safe space for all of us to vulnerable about our experiences.
