"GRATITUDE" A reoccurring theme in 2019. 

This Ghana Girl took a leap of faith and launched www.nanakoanamah.com in February 2019, with 60 email subscribers, a vision and the mission to help people find their most authentic selves and master the mindset to take charge and design the lives that they never need a vacation from.

Let us take a trip down memory lane, shall we? As Ghana's first Chief innovations officer, I oversaw the launch of SPS, West Africa's only solar panel manufacturing firm and went on to build a company that is recognized as one of Africa's most innovative companies to earning an MPH from Columbia University and thriving heavily in Innovations, I decided I wanted more meaning to my purpose in life and harnessed all my skill sets, quit my 9-5 job in Renewable Energy and applied my creative thinking and dynamism to my calling, to thrive in the wellness industry on a global scale.

Through my authentic lifestyle platform www.nanakonamah.com, I have sought to fill the gaps in the movement of self-care for colored women, to redefine the narrative of self-care and wellness in Africa by providing wellness tools (both online and in-person) and digital content around my three core pillars, wellness, travel and lifestyle to inspire people to be their most authentic selves and live a life of physical, mental, emotional and spiritual balance. I have never been more fulfilled following my calling in life to share my magic with everyone.

Today, I say a big "THANK YOU" because I am thankful to have this opportunity to live out all my different facets, to make a real difference in the world. “THANK YOU” to all my followers, Champions, allies, friends and family. You have allowed me to be a part of your journey, to guide you with my expertise and most importantly, you have come through for yourselves.
